7 May E18 Omnia Oven again!

Because of the rain this morning we had time for a little cooking.  Katy made ‘Tea bread’ and I made some bread rolls…...

They joined together when baking but as it happens we quite like the way they turned out………. more like a round loaf with a hole in the middle (haha).  The various patterns on the top are where I was playing around with the cuts in the top.

In both cases the results were fantastic!  The Tea bread was really moist and fruity and the bread rolls light and fluffy and really really tasty.  I would go as far as saying these were probably the best we have ever produced (including cooking in a normal domestic oven)!

 

Is it just coincidence that we are in Sweden where the Omnia oven is made???
